Light week for squats. Squats- belt and sleeves 135x10 135x5 225x3 Added belt 275x3 x 3 sets Felt much heavier than it should have. Seems like this happened at the beginning of my last light week. Maybe its the deads at the end of my heavy week. Anyhow, i feel like they will be a lot easier tomorrow. Hour and a half of racquetball. |

Squats- belt and sleeves 45x10 45x5 135x5 x 2 sets 225x5 275x5 Added belt 300x2 x 3 sets Paused squats- beltless 135x5 x 2 sets Leg curls 80x15 x 2 sets Ab wheel 2 sets of 10 Machine shrugs Stack x 20 x 2 sets Leg raises 2 sets of 10 Hammer curls 20x20 Machine standing calf raises 150x10 x 2 sets Good workout. Worked lower bar position on squats tonight and it felt great. Much improved over the past couple days. The deadlift session on friday had me ruined until today. Thats 5 full days it took me to recover, but thats fine since i have my routine set up where my squats are lighter for the next 5 days after deads anyway. I think i'm finally figuring this stuff out |
