20 to 30 sounds about right to me, I have a love hate relationship with the SSB it keeps my shoulders and elbows healthy but is uncomfortable as hell. Congrats on the PR.

Think i'm starting to acclimate to the work load i have set up. Its a huge amount of work, but being able to actually pull something yesterday and not feeling like i've been hit by a train this morning is giving me hope. Big progress coming!!!

That's good news. If you can survive 8 drop down sets with limited recovery needs it's all good.

You got it. Last deadlift session, all i did was pull a couple (much lighter) singles and bout died. Lol.

1 hour racquetball Paused Bench 45x10 95x5 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 300x3 x 4 sets 315x1 320x1 butter! 2 board bench 325x3 345x3 365x3 385x3 405x1.5 got scared and cut the 2nd rep short. Panzy, lol. Close grip bench- thumbs from smooth 225x5 255x5 x 2 sets Floor press rack lockouts- POR Grip 135x10 225x10 315x10 Pullups Set of 10 Set of 8 Hammer strength Shrugs 180x20 270x20 Hammer Curls 25x20 Serious Session!!! Definately a new level of volume... felt like i had at least 330 in me tonight. Maybe more. Pretty much back to the level (or very close to it) i reached last time at 15 lb heavier body weight |
