2+ hours racauetball. No lifting... 8-9-12 Racquetball- 1/2 hour SSB Squats- belt and sleeves 50x8 50x5 140x3 x 2 sets 230x3 Added belt 280x1 320x1 340x1 350x1 280x3 x 2 sets Leg curls 50x30 110x10 80x12 Ab wheel Set of 10 Leg raises 2 sets of 10 Hammer strength calf presses 90x20 180x20 Hammsr curls 15x15 Added fat grips 15x15 x 2 sets Good workout. Used the SSB to save my elbows. They get beat up with the high frequency squatting and the racquetball is tough on my right elbow... had sub zero pain relieving gel soaking in under an ace bandage under an elbow sleeve. Lol. Got to do what it takes!!! The SSB is a good bit harder than a straight bar, but no big deal, i still hit the weights i wanted tonight and could have done a little more, but i'm still trying to get acclimated to the high work load... Great work DX, I love the SSB for the same reasons, saves the shoulders and elbows from a lot of abuse.

It is a lot harder thouh. What do you think it equates to? feels to me like a good 20-30 lb heavier than the same weight on a straight bar...

Squats- 100% raw- wide stance- to low box 45x10 x 2 sets 95x10 135x10 185x5 225x5 Paused db floor presses 50x12 70x12 100x9 115x3 PR! Seated db shoulder press 25x15 50x12 60x8 70x3 Magnum chest press 100x20 125x15 150x10 Rear delts on pec dec 60x20 100x10 Easy enough. Could have done a few more things, but havent gotten into the flow of this day yet. Will be better next week. |

They werent as heavy as i thought they'd be. I have to admit, they were a bit intimidating, as i've never used the 115s before... it was a PR as soon as they left the floor on rep 1

Started back taking my fish oils @ 10g/ day. Also added a glucosamine, chondroitin, and msm supplement to help with the joints and vitamin d3 just because i've heard a lot of good things about it. Back on a multi again too. Its been a month or better since i've used a multi vitamin... i need all the help i can get on the program i'm on
