1.5 hour racquetball- intense! Squats 45x10 45x5 135x5 x 2 sets Paused Bench 45x5 x 2 sets 95x5 135x5 185x3 225x5 275x1 295x3 x 4 sets 2 board bench 320x3 340x3 360x3 380x3- easy... Floor press rack lockouts- POR Grip 45x10 135x10 225x10 315x5 365x4 PR! Hammer curls 25x25 Brutality at its finest... Went in feeling beat up and worn out, but pulled through pretty good. My low back is still tender from something last week, and i'm hopeing i can do something on squats tomorrow... guess we'll see |

Squats- belt and sleeves 45x10 45x5 135x5 x 2 sets 225x3 Added belt 275x1 315x1 350x1 365x1- easy, but form broke slightly... 330x1 x 3 sets. Good form... Paused squats 135x5 x 2 sets Deads 235x1 x 2 sets. Just practicing my new technique. Ab wheel x 20 Hanging leg raises 2 sets of 10 Leg curls 50x20 100x10 110x10 Chest press machine- just because 162.5x20. wicked burn might need to remember that machine for upper days... Hammer curls 25x25 Hammer strength seated calf raises 90x10 x 2 sets Solid workout! Glad to see i have an easy 365 in me already, but not going to move my target weight up (350) until i can with solid form... Last edited by Disciple X; 08-07-2012 at 08:40 PM. |
