Squats- sleeves only 45x8 45x5 135x5 135x3 225x3 275x2 315x1 x 3 sets Pendlay rowes 135x8 185x3 195x3 205x3 135x10 x 2 sets Power shrugs 135x8 225x8 315x8 405x8 495x8 585x8 - some of these barely moved... Was weak and tired today.... tomorrow's day off is greatly needed. I hit everything i had planned today, even without my belt, but it was slower and heavier than it should have been. Just felt fatigued tonight. Will rest up good and smash weight on monday!!! |
