Squats- no knee support 45x5 x 2 sets 135x5 225x3 x 2 sets Added belt 245x3 x 3 sets Ab wheel x 20 Leg curls 40x20 100x10 Hammer strength calf presses 90x20 180x20 Leg raises 2 sets of 10 45° Back raises 2 sets of 10 straight back + 10 round back Easy work... Its a light week for squats... |

Haha. Well... what can i say?
I'm alternating heavy and light weeks on miked96's squat program... last time i ran 2 weeks heavy, 1 week light and eventually burned out. So trying 1 and 1 this time. (Light week still peaks out at 90% for a couple singles, so i'll still be moving a little weight as the week progresses) |

Racquetball- 1 game- low intensity Squats- 100% raw 45x10 45x5 135x5 225x3 275x1 Glute machine 50x100 Mini band face pulls x 100 Mini band hammer curls x 100 Easy work again... 100 reppers burned a bit though. Lol. |
