![]() Atm I'm using a 2-split (Push-Pull) but this will change soon because I joined a weightlifting club and therefore I have too change something about my routine. I'm thinking about a 3-split, but nothing is certain yet. Unfortunately I am not able to list up my routine because I change it a bit eacj workout day.. Here's what I've done the last times. Push (today): Bench Press: 193 lbs x 6, 6, 5, 2 (last set was to catch up on missed reps) Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 33 lbs x 10, 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 22 lbs x 10, 9 Chest-Dips PITT: Bodyweight 172 lbs + 33 x 20 Single Leg Press: 132 lbs x 5, 5 Pull (Tuesday) Sumo-Deadlift: 286 lbs x 5, 5, 5 Pull-Ups PITT: BW 172 lbs + 33 x 20 One-Arm Dumbbell Row: 82 lbs x 6, 6, 6 As I said, the exercises change from time to time, but that's what I usually do on an about normal day. And Friday is Weightlifting day which contains Snatches and Clean & Jerks. I'm waiting for my own key so I can train there whenever I want which would enable me to do what I want there. That would make it a lot easier for me to plan my routine. Next training day is next week on Thursday or Friday because I'm off to England on Sunday, so no logs until then. |

My comeback to training, finally!!
After nearly two weeks of rest (strain in my shoulder and trip to England) I have made it back to the gym. As I expected, weights have gone down, but I intend to train 3 times a week now, so the weight thing should be fixed soon. Bench Press: 85 kg (187 lbs) x 6, 3, 3, 3 Chest Dips PITT: BW 77 kg + 12,5 kg (197 lbs overall) x 20 Single Leg Press: 60 kg (132 lbs) x 5, 5, 5 Dumbbell Cuban Press: 10 kg (22 lbs) x 10, 8 Feeling totally exhausted now.. That's exactly why I hate training breaks. Gonna let weightlifting slide a little bit for the rest of the month so I can concentrate more on my own routine. My goal is to bench press 198 lbs and deadlift about 308 lbs... let's see if I can reach it! |

Sumo Deadlifts: 286 lbs x 5, 5, 5 One-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 82 lbs x 6, 6, 6 Pull-Ups PITT: BW 172 lbs + 33 x 20 Decline Crunches: 16 lbs x 15, 15, 15 High Rope Curls: 99 lbs x 10; 110 lbs x 5 Very satisfied with this workout ![]() Didn't think I'd do this well at deadlifting, but I'm not complaining.. Friday will be the next training day, can't wait for it
