Comeback time's over, so there's no excuses anymore
This workout was a bit upside down, because some machines and benches were taken when I wanted to use them..

Single Leg Press: 65 kg x 5; 62,5 kg x 5, 5 (last two sets after Cable Crossovers)

Bench Press: 85 kg x 6, 6, 3, 3 (getting closer)

Dumbbell Cuban Press: 7,5 kg x 12, 10

Incline Bench: 55 kg x 10

Dips: 77 kg x 12; 82 kg x 10; 87 kg x 6

Cable Crossover: 30 x 6 (too heavy); 25 kg x 12, 10 (last one with right arm only)

last two sets of Leg Press

Calf Press: 80 kg x 20, 20 20

Quite a lot of exercises, I know, but I kept the rest perioids between exercises short, so overall I've been in the gym for about an hour.
Didn't feel like doing PITT Dips today, so I just did three sets and increased weight everytime, it felt really good!
Last set on Cable Crossover was only done with the right arm because my right chest is smaller (and also weaker, I think) than the left one. I will try to bring both sides on one level now.

Pull Workout

Not my best day today. I think I've trained my legs too much.. couldn't finish even the second set of deadlifts.
I will give my legs a bit of rest, maybe until next Monday. Only on Friday I will do some light sets of deadlifts, I think.

Sumo-Deadlifts: 135 kg x 5; 132,5 kg x 3 - over

Pull-Ups PITT: 93 kg x 20 (shorter rest periods)

Decline Crunches: 10 kg x 12, 12, 12 (brought the reps down a bit so I can use more weight)

One-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 40 kg x 6, 6, 6

High Rope Curls: 45 kg x 10, 6; 40 kg x 6

Get it next time. How was the energy after deadlifts? Everything seemed to go smoothly.

Yeah, the rows and pull-ups went well, but my legs are totally dead. Not like sore, but just exhausted..

Next time (Friday) I will do just a few light reps of deadlifts, some ab work and pull-ups. Thinking about 100 sternum chins. Or at least as many as I can do.

Bench Press: 87,5 kg x 4; 85 kg x 4 - ouch

Chest-Dips: 78 kg x12; 85,5 kg x 10; 90,5 kg x 6

Right-Arm Cable Crossover: 25 kg x 12, 12, 10

During bench pressing I felt my chest is still tired from last Friday, so I stopped and went on to dips instead, which went surprisingly well.
Thought it would be a good opportunity to focus on my right chest, I hope it will pay off soon... it feels strange to train only one side
Next training day will be Friday, where I'll do some kind of a shortened workout to give my body some rest.
