Plus, with everything that's currently going on, just paying as I go seems a wiser option; we're hoping to be at the cinema next Monday so I could easily go straight after which works well.

Went to the cinema; the Muppets were on and we have annual cards, so we figured why not go see it. Not that impressed with the film, to tell you the truth, it was missing that certain je ne sais quoi.
Did a few KB OHP before we went out, 10kg x 10 reps per arm...nothing major but something. Then took hubby for a spin around the store and picked up some milk etc. I also got myself a nice top, a white and cerise thin-striped blouse, but I deliberated on whether to go for the smaller size which would fit or to go with the next size up and since the arms are always so tight (clingy) I went with the next size up...otherwise, I can imagine, at some point in time, I would be doing the Hulk impersonation and ripping the thing down the back when trying to pick something up...and sure enough, I got it home, tried it on, and the arms are sooooo tight fitting it's ridiculous, but not to the point that I can't bend or use the arms properly, just tight around the biceps, especially when flexing a most muscular pose...which is the easist way to check what may occur in the future should I forget myself and flex.

Lost another 1lb this week...though, somewhat confused since I ate a family sized pack of cheesy Wotsits late last night which according to many would or should have resulted in water retention with all the sodium. Currently also eating 80g of oats plus other stuff for breakfast...so, I dread to think what will happen when I start "training" properly. Present calorie intake = no clue.
But looks like I will need to eat still more, especially when I get back to the regular routine. Hmmmmmm....food....

No, I don't think so
They just seem to be making clothing that will only fit people made of drinking straws any meat on your arm and you can forget it.

I know, it's ridiculous at present but I'm not complaining
Just with my breakfast (400+) , on that day, and the late night snack (840, apparently), I ate more than most women do in a whole day and that doesn't even take into account the other snacks and meals. I'm just confused because I'm not exactly training, or haven't been, but metabolism seems to have shot up.

Okay, most of you don't know, but hubby had a heart attack just before Xmas (Dec 2011) and I found out whilst he was in hospital being stabilised that one of my brothers has pancreatic cancer and is undergoing treatment; this morning, we also had a phone call informing us that one of hubby's sisters had a heart attack yesterday evening...so, things aren't too great at the moment; so, if I'm a little short with people, I apologise.
Hubby is waiting for a bypass and trying to just take things as steadily as he can; the heart attack came as a shock because he was always up and about, aside from the time (12 weeks) that he had to remain seated after his ankle fusion which he has still not recovered from since he's mid-recovery on that as well, and many have been shocked because they state "But, you walk everywhere!" and I was just about to prep the exercise bike ready for his return to exercise as well...anyway, for him, as long as he remains stable, it's just a case of waiting for his operation date which he doesn't know as yet, at least not a solid date but he has some idea of when it should be. Mostly a lot of frustration at the moment. On that note, we went out for quite a walk today, at a snail's pace because specialists have instructed him to be really careful; one that saw him after his admittance to hospital actually stated that he was surprised that he'd survived the initial heart attack which we reckon he suffered 3 days before he was admitted. And the great thing is, hubby still encourages me, positively, to get the weights out and do some lifting
