Not always, sometimes I do gentle 45-minute bashing-the-living-daylights-out-of-the-step style cardio

Yardio
1 hr 30 mins lawn cutting

I'm happy because I managed to get it done, finally, after watching it rain for nearly 3 solid weeks.

hubby keeps saying about one of them but our garden areas aren't that big, just annoying.

1lb lost this week...so, I'm now eating half a chocolate cream, choc topped gateaux

Happy about the weight loss because I haven't been doing regular exercise this week at all and have had plenty of burger and chips with mayo, etc, etc...

Head and eye pain today, so no workout planned; though I have drying and washing (laundry) to sort before this evening when we go off to watch Rise of the planet of the apes and am just keeping my fingers crossed that I can shake the head pain beforehand. Otherwise, it will be one film, loud music and one majorly rattling head done it before now, so we'll see how this goes.

Laundry has been postponed until tomorrow, this is a non-movement head day...any bending sets it off badly, so my best chances of easing it up are not to have any down/up motions and every other motion has to be gentle...it's a bit better than this morning though and I've managed to eat which is helpful.
