Simply awesome session that's left me broken, battered and sweating. It started about two and a half hours ago with some deadlifting... Deadlift 60x5 60x5 100x3 100x3 100x3 140x1x2 sets 180x1 200x1 200x1 220x1 237.5x1 250x1 HELL. YES. So happy with that 250 and it didn't even feel as ridiculously hard as I thought it would - having said that I did have my leotard on and put talc down my legs, which probably made it a bit easier. Still, came off the floor really fast and just ground out the lock out. BOOM, new PB. 637.5kg gym total. DE Cambered Bar Box Squat Warm-Up 140x2x10 sets First time doing box squats and they felt really good, deloading at the bottom and driving hard to lock out. Felt strong. Cambered Bar Good Mornings 60x5 100x3 120x3 Usually I do more of these and heavier, but I found it more difficult this week, possibly after the heavy dead and box squats. Still, got my good morning on. Sled Drags Sled+20x2 lengths outside the gym Sled+40x2 Sled+60x2 Urgh, the last set left me in a sweaty heap of leg pain and a thumping heart. Still, felt awesome. A day off tomorrow would perhaps be nice, but screw it - it's bench press day! Oh, and I have videos of the dead and sled pull, will put them up later.
