. That total is getting really impressive.Look forward to the vids. You're in Reading, right? I'll have to pop over some time. It'sa pity that it's just that bit too far for a weekend jaunt (plus every single time I go there I get lost).

I taught one of my friends on the course how to squat and I thought I'd do a little shoulder work-out in between her sets. Not great, but nice to get a little workout in. Push Press 20x10x2 sets 60x5x2 sets 80x3x2 sets 100x1 110x0x2 sets - YES, go me! Somewhat of a fail, so dropped the weight and hit some strict presses. Strict Press 80x3 80x3 80x3 80x3 80x2 Pretty tough, but short little session. Bring on squats tomorrow.
