Honestly feel there is more here. Knees to near lockout was the hardest and lockout was surprisingly comfortable. Held the bar for a good 6-7 seconds and could have done longer. 160x1 160x1 - The PR did take a lot out of me, these were harder than the 180! Next week I'll do 162.5 for singles and then try for 400 pounds in 2 weeks. Pendlay Rows 60x5 70x5x5 - Decent Lat Pulldown Pin 12: 8 reps - cheap PR ![]() Pin 12: 6, 6 Dynamic Squats 75kg: 10 sets of 2 reps - Got better towards mid sets Seated DB curls 20x7x2 - Another PR of some sort 20x6 Decline sit ups + 27.5kg dumbbell - TOUGH! 3 x 8 - A final PR ![]() Note: My arms are fairly small in comparison to the rest of me. My upper arm is maybe 15-15.5 inches flexed and forearms around 12 inches at widest point. I don't mind that much and I certainly wouldn't let arm concerns get in the way of deadlifting, squatting and pressing but I assume I will look like someone who lifts when I reach the 3pps bench, 4pps squat, 5pps deads area? Note 2: First time in months that I have gone 3 days in a row without getting sick. Happy days
