doing wrong and know how to fix that. Countless lifters waste so much time doing things wrong and never learn how to remedy that. Strong work regardless, also good to see there were no idiots today

Nice squat session, hate the days when you just can't get it right, still great work. GM's took me a while to get used to, the video BtB posted is what I aim for.

Weighted Dips + 15kg 7,7,5 - Better than last week Bench 2 - Mainly for rep purposes 60x10 62.5x8 65x6 - Triceps almost number after about 5 reps on each set! ![]() Abs Serratus crunch with 12.5kg DB's 3 x 8 supersetted with Rope Pulldown - Pin 19 - 3 x 8 |
