Close Grip Bench 60x4 72.5x7 72.5x5 72.5x5 Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 20x7 22.5x7 25x5 Ok since my triceps were more or less done ![]() Abs Weighted crunch + 22.5kg - 3 x 10 Supersetted with Knee Raises - 3 x 15 |
