Squat: 60x5 82.5x5x3: Light squat day Deadlift: 70x5 90x5 105x5 Not a problem, felt more explosive too OHP: 30x5 40x5 52.5x5x3 Used minimal lower body movement and got the sucker up ![]() Pull Ups: B/W: 6, 4 Equalled PR in set 1 and think 7 or 8 is around the corner. Better reps too. Weighted Push Ups: +20KG: 2 x 12PR though it's an exercise I have only started recently. Bloody hard! Olympic Barbell Curls for girls: 35x8x3 Don't like working biceps but once a week as assistance is fine. This was not easy. Abs Work: Decline Sit Ups with 5kg: 3x10 Side Bends with 30kg dumbbell: 3 x 10 this was supersetted with Declines Serratus Crunch with 7kg dumbbells: 3 x 12 Solid all in all. |

Its hard to have the goal of strength and also having the goal of not being to bulky or gaining weight, there comes a time when one has to decide wich one is most important.

My stomach is flat and hard and I fit into 32inch pants and jeans. Back in the day if I got upto 200lbs I'd just be fat, with 36-38inch pants and that really didn't look great. However 200lb with a nice trim waist looks very good. |
