This is why I like to film sets, so many reps feel slow and ground out but watching back they look smooth and relatively fast.

Writing now my intake and also trying IF because I hate eating in the morning. On the plus side, I did make a ridiculously tasty omlette of 6 large eggs, 50g cheese, tomato, 135g tuna which is around 1,000 calories, 100g protein but 65g of fat which may be a tad high. If you never experiment you will never know what works best, you tried it, it didn't work now time to move on to bigger and better. Are you running a low carb diet with high fats?
Also the plan looks good so far, and IF has worked really well for me so best of luck! |
