I just imagine that I am lifting them Does the trick ![]() Thanks Pull, it will be a grand day when that occurs ![]() Thursday 1 March Rack push press Bar warm up 40x5 55x3 65x2 72.5x1 80x1 82.5kgx1 - Rack PR and equals all-time push press PR (which was Clean and press) 80 was fine, 82.5 a little trickier but confident to keep it as a baseline. 75x3 - Bloody hard, decided to hit 5 singles thereafter 75x singles x 5 77.5 for 5 singles next week after hitting baseline EDIT: Will do 75 for 3x3 instead after baseline: 5 sets of trebles as back offs on lifts up to 90% of 1RM and 3 sets of trebles thereafter (75kg here is more than 90% of my 1RM) as I believe this to be sensible yet tough training at this stage in my development. Anderson Squat from parallel 75x5 90x2 100 x singles x 5 Yep, this is tough! Weighted Dips + 15kg Worked up to 30 reps on this - 7,6,6,6,3,2 - Good and hard Last edited by Kuytrider; 03-01-2012 at 12:17 PM. |

Well done on the 170kg PR!
and the push press pr also.. ![]() Nice to see constant PRs. Keep up the good work! And dont let the gym wankers annoy you, I'm pretty sure most of them cant pull 170 with or without chalk
