Biggest problem was last few lockout inches. 170kgx0 Had a go but didn't attack it enough and maybe didn't take long enough between reps. Got it just past my knees easy enough but couldn't go any further. Might have another shot next week 150x2 150x2 First rep of each was fine, second was hard! First time I've gone over 130 for more than one rep. Pendlay Row 70x3 72.5x3 75x3x3 Not bad at all. One arm rows: Been ages since I did this but as the lat pulldown area was taken, I gave it a go. 40x 8x 3 PR Hammer Curls- Just threw these in at the end. 20 x 6 x 3 |
