They were explosive for the most part. I seem to do well at explosive lifting, relatively speaking of course. Just keep that 100kg clean in my mind. Still a loooooong way away. Quote:

Tuesday 26 Nov Cycle 4 Session 1 Week 1 Made a mistake by allowing my wife to drag me to a fitness class yesterday. I knew it would be tough since it was advanced and I was ruined long before the end. I actually feel that not having a beginner and intermediate class is silly because it will stop people going. I only made it through due to sheer bloodymindedness. It involves about 20-25 minutes of boxing in intervals followed by around 25 non-stop minutes of circuits including burpees, push ups, squat jumps and 9 other exercises at 30 seconds an interval. Experimented and found divebombing works pretty well for me. Push Presses warm ups 20,40,50,60 70(154) x 3 70x3 70x3 70x3 70x3 - Surprised myself with these. Accessory fun 100 reps of random ab stuff * Rest pause 15 seconds between each set DB Bench 30kg* 10, 4, 2 Leg Extensions Pin 12* 12, 8, 6 Seated Calf Raise 30kg* 16, 12, 8 Tricep Pushdown Pin 5: 12, 6, 6 ![]() ![]()

HA HA! There was a maniac spin class across from the weight room I used to go to and the instructor was suicidal. Everyone in a leotard would talk about his class and psyche themselves up to try it, but be panting and sobbing after 30 min of a 60 min. class. The last 30 min people just slowly spun the pedals and watched this guy in disbelief. Always made me laugh.

LOL,sorry about the fitness class?
Strong work with the iron,and thanks for doing kgs and lbs,my Southern-American mind doesnt work too well with kilos. A former powerlifting friend tells a story,himself and his brother were in a new york city bar talking about an upcoming meet and kept using the word kilos. Well,some women and her group thought they were drug dealers,so they got wasted off of free drinks!

Missed 2 training sessions out of choice in the last year (i.e not travelling or injured) and those were due to lack of sleep the night before.
