Thurs 1 November Cycle 2 week 3 session 2 Deadlift 130x5 147.5x3 165(363) x 3 140x5 140x5 I could have had the 4th rep too but I had to deadlift in the corner with the slanty floor and it messed up my rhythm as the bar kept rolling between pauses. Didn't help that someone decided to stand right in front of me during the 165kg set. Enough excuses!! An extra rep would have been a PR. Anyways, I am ripping it off the floor with ease so top end strength will really help my deadlift pop. 1 Arm Row 40kg: 3 x 10 - These tired me out so bad DB Shrugs 40kg: 3 x 10 - A bit crap Good Morning 62.5kg: 3 x 10 BB Curls Strict 30kg: 3 x 10 Weighted Decline Crunch 5kg plate behind head 10, 10, 7 Reptacular session all told.

Even being close to a PR during weight loss is solid. Please tell me they didn't have their butt facing you when you were trying to pull that 165.

No one was giving a spot or offering a handoff, very odd Squat 90x5 102.5x3 115(253)x5 - Still subpar and had to work for it. 102.5x5 102.5x5 Strict OHP 45x5 52.5x3 60(132) x 3 45x10 45x6 - My shoulders had enough ![]() Paused bench press 80x5 80x5 80x5 Leg Press 220x10 240x10 260x5 - Tired effort Standing calf raise Pin 11: 3 x 20 Weighted Dips 25kg: 7, 7, 5 Oblique work for 2 x 25
