As long as it's moving in the right direction over time you'll be fine. I have fluctuations of as much as 4-5kg per day, especially with IF'ing. Just look at the weekly and monthly trends.

So remind me, cycle 2 session 2? What is going on?!

Yeah, weight fluctuations can be very severe.
Well, I am doing your favourite program, 5/3/1 but with more working sets as back offs.
The main reason is that I am using the percentages as reference points as I drop weight. When I am done trimming, I will hopefully won't be too far off my previous bests, I just find it easier this way for now. However, I am doing far more overall volume than what is commonly used on 5/3/1 as you can probably see. If I am having a light week every 4 weeks, I will earn it with three very good hard weeks. I'm doing plenty of back off sets/triples/doubles to increase my overall volume.
The 3 heavy 1 light works for me right now as well.

Carbs difference alone can impact bodyweight dramatically. Unless you eat the exact say thing day in and day out you'll see some of that.
