Thanks guys and greetings from smalltown USA! Managed to get 3 sessions in for free by telling Charter Fitness I was interested in joining. I hit a 365 deadlift, 285x2 squat and 225x3 bench during the week while also seeing a gang fight going on in the gym!
Anyways, judging by holiday pics (and almost every pic taken of me), I look like a fat mess so rather than putting it off any longer, I am officially training for weight loss. Not completely sure of my weight but I estimate it to have risen to 207 again. The plan is to get to 187 or less in approximately 17 weeks. I will use IF once more but be 100% dedicated to consuming 2200 calories or less a day. There will be the odd treat but keeping it at sub 2200 calories while having 200g of protein is the goal. I also need to change things up as I don't think Madcow will work so well with my weight loss. As a result, I will look to do a 4 day week with 2 pull days and 2 push and leg days. While I will hit singles for deads, c+press and power clean, most of the rest will be comprised of Steve's 20 reps in 3 sets procedure to ensure progression is made. Coming home Monday and will check in on you guys. Back at it Tuesday though I may be jetlagged!

Easy Weighted Dips 15kg: 8, 7, 5 - hard! Good session overall though I felt like crap. Concentrated on not leaning forward in squat. Felt like I had never squatted before at the start but form improved at the end.

Nice session to start off again with....
I will be joining you in the fatloss buzz for the next 15 or so weeks, I need to lose 10kg myself and come down to 94kg.. Bet ya 50euro you have more deadication in this department than me! ![]() Also what program are you now running with? Dont recognise it there |
