The worse you feel the better you lift, that's the way it always is. Huge PR Kuyt, and the close grip paused sound awesome!

Thanks guys, today was an odd there in the gym. It was packed at a time it was usually empty. Almost all of them were doing curls or chest flies. This included 2 guys doing curls in the power rack
I got stuck in a small corner by the bin where on two occasions I had to tell guys standing watching their mates doing preacher curls to get out of the way of the bar while I was deadlifting. One guy was actually standing over it after I got set up. Talk about oblivious! This annoyed me which translated into PRs

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the curls and flyes crowd. I'm sure I would get kicked out for being rude to them.

I get pretty intense near PR territory as most people do. By the 135x5 set, I looked pretty serious and angry when I did the sets as I like to internally psyche myself up. By the final set, they had moved a few feet away
I really felt my upper back crushing and straining but it's important to push through it. VERY satisfying feeling at the top of the final rep.
