You are moving right along in here, buddy! Nice work with the squats and bench! Great progress.
I'm with Mark, I'd bump the weight up and work your way up 5 with 102.5, then 105, etc. You've done 100x 5, you won't be trying to hit it next time, you will hit it and probably up it to 6. Have a little more faith in yourself. Always nice to see the work you put in, Kuyt!

Leg Press 150x8 200x8 230x8 260x8 - Possibly a PR Squat Walkouts and hold 165kg 3 x 15 seconds. Walkouts are getting better. I used low bar today and it felt good. Holding it is still a bugger though! The Bear 25kg - 5 reps 30kg - 5 reps I had enough by now!

being a bit hard on yourself as usual mate.....
OHP is a strange lift for me too , i shot up to a 5RM of 80kgs about a year ago and have made little or no progress since, aparently alternating with pushpress helps , though i have not tried that nice DL by the way and walkouts going well , next week 170!
