Thanks guys!
I record my top 2 sets or top set at least on my phone to check depth and technique errors and the 95x5 had one or two reps that were a hair above parallel. The 110 set was excellent in comparison and I hit depth each rep.

![]() I have tried the lowered bench route. I actually don't need to record my depth these days as I know before I even look at the recording. For the set I was talking about, I was just bloody lazy and I knew it! Quote:
