Higher rep deadlifts do kill your lungs, but I feel once you start progressing with them you 1rm will start to fly! |

EZ Curl 37.5x8 37.5x8 Pull ups B/W 4, 4, 3 Weighted Crunches + 20kg 2 x 15 Side Bends + 27.5kg 2 x 12 20 flights of stairs when I got home.
