I'm now of the opinion that paused bench can really help technique and this is probably something known to experienced lifters for many decades Only now am I catching up!

a fine two days of lifting Kuyt,
nice work on the paused bench PR , pendlay rows also getting stronger i see. if you are going in 3-5 days a week to squat , make sure and eat big!
