Saturday 9 June Calf Raises Pin 10: 3 x 12 - Used as warm up with squats. Squats 40x5 60x5 72.5x5 82.5x4 92.5x3 102.5x2 110x1 117.5x1 125(275) x 1 - Was about parallel on playback but that's annoying as it should really be deeper. Other than that, it was a comfortable top single. Good Mornings 67.5x5 77.5x5 87.5 (193) x5 - PR B/W Chins 6, 5 - Meant to be 2x5 but did 6 easy reps. Serratus Crunch with 25kg plate - 2 x 12 Russian Twist with 10kg - 2 x 12 10 minute warm down climbing stairs in apartment block.

Paused Strict OHP 40x5 45x5 50x5 Pull ups B/W: 5, 3 Both days I did 15-20 flights of stairs in my apartment block before and after sessions for cardio. Both workouts took less than 40 minutes and I enjoyed them both immensely. Enjoying my lifting right now even though I'm not making huge strides. I just like having iron in my hands or on my back!
