Great work Tbone. Watched your videos and your lifts are legit. You made those sumo pulls look waaayyyy to easy!

ok, sorry I haven't been keeping up with log, I've been a little more busy than usual. Catch up time.
sat sept 10
rotator work/DC stretches
floor press: 255+5x5,4
paused pin press:295+5x5,5
asst work

missed last rep on floor press, shit!
this was supposed to be friday nights session, I did it on Sat

WEEK 8
this is to be my last week of training before "comp", well I feel as if I've been run over and back over a few dozen times. skipped Mon session altogether...
tue sept 13
rotator work/DC stretches
comp bench:265x2,3
paused db bench:72.5sx10,10
thats all, no asst work, was scheduled for only 2x2 on bench, felt good and went for extra rep on last set!! this is def a rep PR, with help from a professional spotter

fri, sept 16
sumo pulls:435x2,2
dimels:250+5x10,10
this was supposed to be done thurs nite, well did fri morn. another rep PR, last rep could've had a better lockout, felt great none the less

so next week I'll do some light shit on mon, then sometime Fri, going for max bench and pull!!
