I am running 3 different full body workouts a week..here is workout number 2..

Thanks Jim....I am running 3 different full body combos a week for a 16 week run...Tring to hit muscles at different angle...Workout 3 are dips, dumbell rows, lateral raises, concentration curls, french presses, front squats and calf raises.
