Just in case there is any change I had better put up measurements just in case I forget....Lost some size doing singles so I figure that that will comeback quickly but I am also hoping to change the shape a bit in the next 16 weeks..
Chest: 47.5 inches
Neck: 17.5 inches
Waist: 33.5 inches
Arms: 17 inches
Shoulders: 52.5 inches
Hips: 42 inches
Thighs: 25.5 inches
4arms: 13.5 inches
calves: 15 inches....
Bodyweight 200 pounds.

Sorry to hear that the PL'ing and meet came to such a bad end Jesse, but hopefully this new routine will give you back your enthusiasm and optimism. And if those measurements are you after losing size what were you like before

Thanks carl...I am sure that the lack of pressure will be a good thing for me right now...As far as size goes and inch or two here and there is what is gone..arms, chest, neck, shoulders are down a good bit legs less so...

Just curious Jesse - why did you feel so much pressure? I do know one thing - I do not have any expectations of you at a meet. I know you always give everything you lift 110%. You are a legend no matter how much you lift. If I can achieve anything remotely close to what you have, it would be a dream come true - and you are inspiring me all the way to do it.

Jim, I appreciate the comments. The pressure is self induced and I prepared poorly but didn't wish to give in so more pressure. Right now it is like the valve has been released and I have set myself free to just enjoy life without any discernible goals or expectations for the first time in a long time...Just going to enjoy the break from me for a while.
