My name is Juwan Robichaud, 18 years old been training since 16. I currently am on a 3 day split neither on a cut or bulk just trying to keep my muscle and staying fit. Not that found of supp's but the only supplement i take right now is Xtend and Multivitamins. My 3 day split is Back, Bicep, rest, Legs, rest, Chest, shoulder, Tricep.

Cardio I just do when I feel like it because I don't think its really necessary for me at the moment, but don't get it wrong my cardiovascular system is great. I play a lot of sports and I love to run.

1- 10 rep @ 70 lb
2- 10 rep @ 80 lb
3- 7 rep @ 90 lb
4- 5 rep @ 90 lb

Lawnmower's
1- 10 rep @ 20 lb
2- 10 rep @ 25 lb
3- 9 rep @ 30 lb
4- 5 rep @ 30 lb

Deadlifts
1- 8 rep @ 70 lb
2- 7 rep @ 80 lb
3- 6 rep @ 90 lb

Dumbbell Curls
1- 8 rep @ 20 lb
2- 6 rep @ 25 lb
3- 5 rep @ 25 lb

Legs

Squats
10 rep @ 70 lb
10 rep @ 80 lb
6 rep @ 90 lb

Walking lunges
10 rep @ 20 lb
6 rep @ 25 lb
8 rep @ 25 lb- kept the same weight because i could have done more reps with it.

Frog Squat
10 rep @ 15 lb
10 rep @ 20 lb
8 rep @ 25 lb

Leg Curls
10 rep @ 40 lb
8 rep @ 45 lb
6 rep @ 50 lb

Barbell Calf Raises
10 rep @ 70 lb
10 rep @ 80 lb
10 rep @ 90 lb

Good workout today. As soon as i got up from leg curls i could barley stand, but i love it cause i know i worked hard on the exercise. Rest tomorrow then Chest, Shoulder, Tricep Friday.
