Deadlifts 745x1 835xmiss...really close. I started with my hips just a little too high and knew it as soon as I started. Oh well.... Some down sets with band Back, hamstrigs and grip.

Impressive pull. Huge upper body for 220.
Is Team Branfman all from KY or are they scattered out everywhere? Tell me a little more about your hulk training system....not details, just an overview. Now that I'm staying under 148# injury free.....I'm starting to think about gettting more serious. Who knows....maybe sometime next year. |

Thanks guys. Storm, I am 242er. Although I probably could lean up and cut to 220. The Team Branfman is from everywhere, including Texas, Tn, and even Canada.
HTS is an adaptive program that is for that individual. You will work hard and smart for big gains. I program each week, look over what your feedback is, along with vids, before sending the next week. Things can change on a dime, according to what I see. Corrections are made promptly to avoid stagnation or bad habits.

Squats with 180 lbs of chain..these were off ground at lockout. Belt only walked out. Walk out was bitch! 645x1 pr with chains this high. Acc work was a lot of hamstrings and grip.

lying leg curls-100 reps stiff leg deadlifts off 3.5" deficit up to 565x10 pr. Hammies were a bit tired from leg curls and reps leading up, but that, was the point. I have a deep cut on right hand from moving a fridge. It hurt a bit on dl. Back, hamstrings, grip and abs.
