Been on deload this week. Start back heavy on Sat. Got some bigger wts to move. I know, you don't need to deload and no such thing as overtraining. Love having these arguments with weaklings. You can go with the recent popularized books that has numbers as the title (hint hint, which one I am speaking of) and get some results and not work for your gains. Thanks. That was my nickname as a kid for my strength.
9/10/11 squats with new safety bar and 180 lbs of chain worked up to 605x1 pr. This bar is a lot harder then our old safety bar. This squat was ugggllly and max effort. Pause Squats with Straight Bar 600 lbs suppose to do sets here but felt a pain in right groin and shut it down. Not a big deal, just hate I couldn't finish these and front squats..next week. Acc work...hamstrings, abs and a lot of grip work. Got a new way to train grip and I am excited! Big deadlift will be secure. Last Few
Worked up to 455 off 2 bd the other day. Dealing with a few issues, but 500 is a great possibility at meet. Worked up to 785x2 deadlift. PR!! I was feeling really bad from all the moving I have been doing and the tough cycle. Very happy to pull this wt feeling this way. Did deficit pulls, lots of back and tons of grip work. Kinda have to baby hands, as I don't need to keep ripping before my meet in 8 weeks. The grip work is ensuring a great hold.

Bp Assistance 9/24/11 Football bp just worked up to 275x3 was bugging me. seated db ohp-5 sets pushdowns-8 sets face pulls ss with tri movement-3 sets db front raises-3 sets shrugs-4 sets rear delts and abs. 9/25/11 Olympic Squats, narrow stance. Belt only. 595x2 625x3 pr. Still hesitant with groin. Still hit pr. 605x3 was previous... front squats with harness. Narrow stance. Belt only 505x1 555x2 620x2 pr on this stance. Lots of acc work. Deload next week, so hoping I can squat full force for last big push. I have vid of front squat on my gf's phone. My phone is acting up!!
