8/28/11 safety bar squats with 230 lbs of chain. Belt. up to 585x2 pr. drop down sets front squats with harness. Belt up to 600x2 pr for this atg close stance. Tired by this point! Benching 8/30/11 2 bd bp worked up to 450x2 first was really easy and on second, I felt my damn front delt again. I eased it up, making it difficult. 8/31/11 Speed box Squats with Cambered Bar 385 6x2 Deadlift off floor-up to heavy double Drop Sets Deadlifts off 3.5" Deficit up to 745x1 PR!! Had some left too! Had to use straps again because my hands tore to shreds with all the heavy volume and wt. acc work...upper back, lower back, hamstrings, abs and grip work.
