today's workout:
Squat: - 3 x 5 @ 260 lbs Military press - 3 x 5 @ 140 lbs Hang cleans - 3 x 3 @ 140 lbs Pendlay Rows - 3 x 5 @ 140 lbs Chin ups - 3 sets equaling 28 reps --Notes-- Felt a lot better coming out of the bottom of the squat. Rows felt easier to pull as well. Will start adding more lbs to sets. |
