I'm not sure what you mean about the 575 Mike
You lifted it so it's a PR ![]() So your deadlift will involve starting at say 515-520 and going up in 10 pounds increments for 5 reps. You should end each day close to a PR. Get after it! That template looks brutally tough, smoke it!

They say that on average they walk about 8-10 miles a day, but today was a very slow day. Also very sorry again for not updating in anyones' log but a few things have come up and I just can't be on here as much, will try to get everyone at least 1-2 times a week. I can't make any promises though, because I'm pushing the time right now. |
