Deadlift
545x0 was on tip toes for some reason
575x1 A two light lift if that, would like to say a 10 pound PR, but don't feel right about it.
470x3 just wasn't feeling it

Notes: I'm not going to lie, sucked it up tonight. Was feeling pretty good, but didn't have the time and rushed things.

Going to be very busy every week day except Thursday, so going may jump to my other routine just to save time. Also I'm going to have to stop walking at night so going to try and sprint on Saturdays. (I think)

Still a work in progress but not really different to what I'm doing now but just shorter sessions.

Mon
DL 1x5(90%) 1x10(65%) starting weight 10 pound jumps when I hit the rep
Hang Clean 5x2
Squat 1x20 (light)
Abs

Bench Press Pause 5x1 3x2

Anderson(If I have time)

Whatever day (Raises, Curls)

Kind of want to add stiff legged deadlifts but not sure where. It's not really different then what I am doing right now except all the little stuff is pushed to one day.
