6/7/12 Squat 415x1 Very very very hard 225x20 very very very easy 385x1 Okay Rack Pulls 545x2 555x2 565x1 565x1 565x1 Walk 2 mile Notes: I wasn't feeling 100% today, just wasn't in the mood to lift. 415 felt twice as hard as last time and I thought about just calling it. After reading OR's log he got (re)interested in 20 reps, I started a lot higher then last time but am not being crazy like him and making 20 pound jumps. Felt pretty strong with rack pulls, the top end is definitely my weak point. |
