Anyways, it's just an idea from a guy yet to deadlift 400!
Thanks Kuyt!

It's a good idea but I just don't like the idea of a rest this close to a meet. If I wasn't preparing for a meet then I would do it.

thanks Ravi, I'm pretty sure you are right. Another 10 pounds just seems like a lot right now!

Thanks Mike, it still kills me a little though. I know I shouldn't complain but still, I'm just trying to raise that number as high as possible.

6/7/12

Squat
415x1 Very very very hard
225x20 very very very easy
385x1 Okay

Rack Pulls
545x2
555x2
565x1
565x1
565x1

Walk
2 mile

Notes: I wasn't feeling 100% today, just wasn't in the mood to lift.

415 felt twice as hard as last time and I thought about just calling it. After reading OR's log he got (re)interested in 20 reps, I started a lot higher then last time but am not being crazy like him and making 20 pound jumps.

Felt pretty strong with rack pulls, the top end is definitely my weak point.

185x3 x5

Military Press 3x5 day
Goal Actual

Notes: Like yesterday didn't really feel like lifting, also didn't have a whole lot of time. So just did a very light easy day.

I don't know what happened but for some reason I just can't get any leg drive with log pressing. So really today I just strict pressed it for the most part.

Nice work mate! I understand that you don't feel as if you can slack off with a meet coming, just don't peak too soon! (As if, you'll do great).

Soooooooooo, no more 20 rep squats you said only a couple of weeks ago. Liar
