Sprints 1. 40 yards 10 jump squats 2. 40 yards 10 pushups all the way up to 10 Notes: All I have to say is I am really bored and want weighted sled to work with. |

Bench Press 180x5 (meant to stop at 3) 200x3 225x6 265x1 Chinup 50x7 50x6 50x6 50x6 CGBP 200x5 200x5 200x5 EZ Curl 90x15 90x15 Notes: Felt sluggish and a little run down today, 265 went up without a sticking point but very slow. This is my last bench day before my meet on the 29, I think I'm going to go for a 270. Oh and also that was a 5 pound pr for a pause bench. |

Deadlift 300x3 340x3 375x10 Powerclean 175x3 175x3 175x3 Squats 280x15 280x5 Situps 35x16 35x16 35x16 35x16 Notes: Went all out on Deadlifts since this is last dl day, I had a really good rhythm until about the 7th rep then I started to slow down a lot and had about 10seconds between pulls. Was really happy with squats even though I didn't hit 20 straight, I got a lot further then I thought I would. I do have a new goal, to hit a 300x20 by the end of Dec. |

Log Clean and Press 140x3 155x3 170x11 or 12 lost count Farmers Row 115x3 115x3 115x2 Axle Press 180x5 180x5 180x5 Barbell Cheat Curls 105x12 105x12 last rep was a bad cheat Notes: On log press felt pretty strong but again the set took about 3-4 mins, I really need to shorten that to about 1:30mins. Rows just felt insanely heavy and broke form pretty bad. |

Squats 225x3 245x3 275x8 300x1 335x1 Sumo Deadlifts 365x5 365x5 365x5 Situps 35x17 35x17 35x17 35x17 Farmers Walk (each hand) 235x75ft Notes: Squats felt really light execpt 275, for some odd reason that felt heavier then the 300. Was really happy with the farmers walk, the pull was pretty easy but the last 10ft was one of the hardest things in my life. This was my last weight session before the meet next Saturday have some very high hopes and can't wait. |
