Thanks Fazc, will have to try that next time I lift. I tend to be pretty slow just to keep the weight under control, but will speed it up a bit!

Haha, thanks Jen at least you think it's impressive!

5/30/12
2 mile walk

5/31/12

Squat
405x2 sped my squat up a bit and the first rep went up easy, second one was very slow and a really big grinder.
425x0 sped up a little more and just didn't feel right and didn't make it out of the hole.

Paused Squats
355x3
365x2
365x1

Sumo Deadlifts
455x3 Tried going strapless to work on grip and thumb was crushed between weight and leg and just couldn't hold on anymore. Looked a little later and had an open cut on my thumb. Weight was actually feeling pretty easy.

Anderson Squats
585x0 only got about an inch up
565x2

Rackpull
585x0
565x1

Crunch
BWx30
BWx30

Walk
2 miles

Notes: Not much to say, said most of it already. Only thing to add is that I think I have lost some weight. I actually was able to get to the last hole on my lifting belt with out much struggle.

I was looking through my log and saw that the only times I really made good gains with OHPing was with 5/3/1. So I'm going to start running that again for OHPing and have Log press start with the 3 day and Military press with 5 day.

Getting ready to lift will be more later.

Thanks Rob, I always go strap less for my main deadlift, but I tried it for sumos and opened my thumb up.

6/1/12

Bench Press TnG
275x5 hard
280x5 easy
285x4 tired

Chinups
60x5
60x4
60x5
BWx14
BWx12
BWx10

CGBP
265x4
265x4
265x3

Barbell Rows
245x4
245x3
245x3

Dumbell Curl
55x4
55x4

Pushups
BWx35

Walk

Notes: Only two things I need to note for future use.

I could have gotten at least one more on CGBP but I felt very weird in my right hand, like moving the muscle around.

Also Curls felt very heavy tonight, very interesting, may be because of all the OHpulling I have been doing.

Massive work in here Imp! Just keep doing those punch the clock sessions (which seem to be a rare session where you DON'T hit a PR ) and you'll smash everything to pieces on your best days.
