Thanks, I like on my toes more but because of USAPL and USPF I have to go flat-footed. Thank you Brute! 4/28/12 Log Clean and Press for reps 215x3 235x0 So very close! 220x1 Savickas Press with Log 160x4 160x4 160x5 Full Clean 135x0 135x0 135x0 135x0 135x1 Power Clean and Press 185x1 205x2 230x0 Pushups BWx21 BWx21 Notes: Felt very strong today with pressing, savickas press just felt awesome. Tried doing some full cleans, but kept missing the "catch". My actual clean is looking good, I'm just having problems opening my hand and resting it on my shoulders. The one I did catch wasn't on my shoulders and landed on toes. Need a lot of work there. Was way to tired to clean 230, just had no power left. |

I may have gotten to 50 if my song had been longer! |
