Left shoulder hurt pretty bad so skipped ohp to avoid further injury, hoping so rehab exercises will help while I rest this week. This was my last lifting day before the meet, so I may not be on here that much for the next week. Planning on resting as much as possible and heal my shoulder up. With the help of BtB I have been putting together a new routine, will post when finished. Hope everyone has a great weekend and if I'm not on here that much a great week. |
