Sounds similar to what I was dealing with the last couple months, nailing the upper back and shoulders with soft tissue work made a huge difference.

Thanks mark, I really like the SS I feel they go together well.

As for openers Squat ? going to go by ear, bench 275, and deadlift 500.

Notes: Actually felt ok with squats today, still not back to full strength but much better then last week. Left shoulder hurt pretty bad so skipped ohp to avoid further injury, hoping so rehab exercises will help while I rest this week.

This was my last lifting day before the meet, so I may not be on here that much for the next week. Planning on resting as much as possible and heal my shoulder up. With the help of BtB I have been putting together a new routine, will post when finished.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and if I'm not on here that much a great week.
