Oh quick question, has anyone tried IsoFUEL? I have been wanting to try the cake batter flavor. Right now I have been using a walmart brand, but its been tasting horrible the last two tubes I've bought so have been looking for something new.

Tried it? Absolutely. They really bust their butts to make it as good as possible. Constantly trying to improve them too. Here are some reviews:

Notes: Felt very strong today, got a 5 pound PR and felt insane on CGBP. Also got the largest arm pump I have ever had after the SS.

I have been in contact with a strongman group and I might be able to work with them on Saturdays starting in April. It would be a bit of a drive (2-3 hours), but these guys know what they are doing and train around 5+ hours every Saturday. So they sound like my kind of people.

This does however throw a wrench in what I was planning as my next routine, 6 day/off every 3rd week. So I'm not really sure what I'm going to do yet was playing around with this Idea

Mon: Lower Deadlift/jump rope
Tues: Upper OHP/bench
Wens: Lower Squat/jump rope
Thurs:Upper Bench
Fri: Complete rest
Sat: Events (might make this OHP as well)
Sun: Complete rest

I'm am also going to play around with diet and not sure whether to go high fat low carb or high carb moderate fat.

Welcome to any and all comments/questions/opinions/critques/anything. Would like to hear from everyone, I really value all of your thoughts and comments. Also don't worry if you are not an expert, neither am I, I just want to learn and be a better lifter.

Nice work mab, really strong pressing. The strongman stuff sounds good.

For the diet part, I like low carb/high fat but I get big cravings for carbs sometimes. The best thing I have found is back-loading. I don't go crazy every night but after a few low carb days I pretty much have a big cheat window like last night and then on other nights just stick with sweet pots, fruit and veggies. All I keep a track of is what carbs I eat as everything else stays the same and how it affects my weight.
