I admire your sand as John wayne would say. (He's an old school movie actor btw, an old guy, pretty tough, most of us dinosaurs grew up watching him. Compare him to the Rock or someone else halfway tough from this generation)

And scrap the Ab wheel, Imp. Just use a barbell and 35s. Works better. And try some from your feet, down and back up. That'll put a hurt into you, as you seem to like pain.

J/K! Good stuff as always, buddy!
Thanks Mike really needed a smile.

It was a very painful session, but it was also a lot of fun. That idea you have with the 35s isn't a bad idea, might try those next time for a little fun!

Thanks kuyt, won't consider myself a pocket hercules unless I get 1400 this year though!

Thanks BtB, when I switch up routines I plan on doing andersons more then once a week from different heights.

2/29/12

Was thunderstorming out side so went to the garage and came up with this real quick.

500 jump ropes
3x5 Bear Complex with 115
Some random tire jumping type stuff
500 jump ropes

Notes: In and out in about 20mins. Not best cardio day, but needed to get back inside and start backing and stuff since I'm leaving for the Arnold Thursday.

Started to heavy with the bear and was gassed by the 2nd set, also set a life time goal of doing a bear complex with 315 someday!

Easily repping 475 is simply some of the best lifting around Mab. Will you be showing everyone at the Arnold just how it's done?

Nice conditioning intensity as well - 20 mins is just about right.
