Thanks kuyt, you will nail 300 before you know it!

I am hoping a for a 300 in the next 2 weeks, and I know I can get 500 on deads since I almost had a double with 495.

Notes: Felt very strong with the 315, felt very light in my hands and thought about going for a double on the first set.

CGBP felt really strong on the singles, but when I got to the rep out set it just didn't feel right.

Added pull ups since I dropped c&p on this day and was feeling lazy. I had the strength on each rep I just didn't have the arm endurance to keep going. Each rep was fast and explosive, I just ran out of steam quickly.

BBcurl felt extremely heavy today, but arms feel really good right now.

i dont check in for 2 days an d you have gone and smashed two PRs

really happy to see you have hit that 295 , you have been after that for some time.

hard work and persistance = new PR

300 will fall at the meet .

how is that coming along?

Thanks Mark! Was really happy with the 295, also with all the extra bench work I have been doing hoping to see a 300 in the next few 2-3 weeks.

I started benching (arms flared/no where near cheast) about 2 years ago. Started touching chest in last spring, and stopped flaring around Christmas.
