On the last rep it halted in the exact same spot it always does, but I did what I came to do and am pretty happy. The bands I ordered... were...the...wrong...ones . I have been waiting all week to give them a try but I soon realized I ordered the long ones instead of the short ones giving me no weight what so ever. Thats why I did board press, no I have these long bands that I really have no purpose for. I may try squating with them sometime since I have them. Am going to order the short one soon and try this again next week.My SS felt very heavy today, don't really know why just is what it is. |

No problem. I like the longer bands better because there more versatile. You can do pullaparts, band triceps exercises, etc. More bang for the buck!

Will definitely have to experiment with them, I know I've seen some guys do stuff like standing ab crunches. Will look around a bit.

Good training mab, congrats on that PR! I also use long bands for benching, usually i do banded bench inside a power rack and just wrap the band around the pins til I get my wanted tension. Same for squats. Experiment
