Could have done a another few sets with deadlift and been fine, but remembered I still had rackpulls so saved them for that. Went With chaos & pain type setup for andersons since I remembered last week having hip pains with more then one rep on these. Seems to have worked really well, kindof weird that on axle C&P I failed on the 3rd rep then the same thing on andersons. ![]() Forgot to do the advice Mike told me about, will definitely try friday. My pro-monster minis came in today, really can't wait to try them. They are the short bands, and should get 90 pounds at the top on both sides. I think it also said around 35 on my chest can't remember. |
