The first 375 set, the only reason I didn't get 3 or 4 reps was that I started to lean forward and couldn't get back up straight. After that I knew I wasn't go over 375 tonight. Then during the second set my shoulder really started to hurt, tried doing some shoulder warmups type stuff and then a little log work but I didn't want to hurt myself tonight. Also had a little hip pain on the left side, same one I had on tuesday during andersons. Once I got to about the 12 rep with 300 my shoulder and hip both started hurting and I knew that there was no way, at least not tonight but still next week. The 8 singles felt very light, so I only had about 30 seconds to a min in between sets. Overall a pretty bad day, but at least I'm stronger then last week and have the weekend to take care of the pains and heal up. |

Checked through here a few times now, like the look of your sessions, great work. Saw your lifts/age on the league and you can only have a bright future ahead, wish I was off my ass and doing something useful at 16!
